Most of the buyer bought for investment i think. coz a lot of vacants unit now. maybe owner justwaiting to sell once Setia City Mall open - mid next year.How is this project regarding?

Location better. Beside Eco Park and Anjung Sari (both GnG). all 20x70
Developer was PKNS. So u can imagine their built quality and design.
Phase 1 - AyuQaseh - tenanted
Phase 2 - AyuPuri - tenanted
Phase 3 - AyuKlasik - keys hand over expected on July/August
Phase 4 - AyuLestari - keys hand over expected on July/August
Phase 5 - AyuPrima - Non Bumi quota finished in 2 hours. Bumi quoto i think still available
