$1200 or so ifu want family tenant. Got mny companies want to rent, of kos u have to quote them higher. If want to rent fast then put cheaper looor

Hi guys.

I'm seriously planning to find a rental house around this area. However, my friend told me that one of his friend who is already staying there wants to move out due to the presence of many foreigners (bangla, nepal, indon) in the vicinity, and there'a a few burglary cases.

Is this true? Last month I went there to look around and I did notice that you can easily found some foreign looking men (probably construction worker) walking around in the neighborhood due to some ongoing construction projects in the area.

Haven't seen any of that myself but it depends on which part you're at i suppose.

Setia Perdana area (Ayu Puri) i think about half have moved in and mostly young families. Very near to Setia City Mall (driving there will take you literally less than 5 minutes) smile.gif

No pricing yet...but I guess should be at least 750k as ayu impian subsale is already at 660k now...and setia Indah around 700-800k

Latest transacted value for ayu impian was rm685k. A few wanted to buy mine at rm700k. I had to decline.

Yeah. Confirmed at rm700k. I asked for minimum at rm730k. I believe price can go higher. Dont want to feel regret later.

taking the rpgt into consideration, within 2 years, 30% right?

but if sell after budget 2014, it might be higher rpgt.

why not sell it and buy Anggun?..... hehe

Nope i am just taking 15% rpgt and 2% for agent. Already around rm47k.dont u think thats a lot? If 30% lagi mati.
