The flyers did not mention 10% discount but have free MOT and legal fee. Est RM870k++ for non bumi in this location worth buying. Launching on 26 April. I guess will have a lot of ppl queuing to buy.

With footprint of 24x75 and excellent built up at over 2800 sq ft, the price is good buy and since this AN also located at very prime location.

Already in progress... But it looks short and narrow for the Intermediate ... Only 800 m from setia city mall... Next two three storey houses... 808k worth buying ?
