I asked before. New launch they claim last month but not happening.
I went to see the site they are still building the show house. Outer wall got paint already. Expected 500k++ and 70% bumi lot.
Current completed units still waiting ccc. Setia prima still available for bumi.

not sure why pkns allow the name change. may be staff purchase and change name is insider job.
