QUOTE(guin @ Aug 8 2011, 04:59 PM) i flash from darky v10.1 to froyo using ezodin. so you wanna go back to froyo is it? currently latest stock rom available is xxjvq and xxjvr. for malaysia official rom DXJV9 all gingerbread rom use odin3. if you go back froyo the most safe way is use EZodin flash EZbase 2.0.actually i am just trying to flash to a stock rom because on the custom rom. somehow alot of process is stop unexpectedly. |

wow, now CM7/MIUI can use GB Bootloaders? risk free? would like to try as well! currently on CM7 07282011, build GRJ90.
btw, is there a way to sync SNS contacts like how we used to do in Samsung ROMs? cause facebook app only sync when the names are identical, i can't manually sync them |

Yes, latest few nightlies of CM7 seems pretty stable on GB bootloaders now. Come come, try btw, is there a way to sync SNS contacts like how we used to do in Samsung ROMs? cause facebook app only sync when the names are identical, i can't manually sync them Not sure about SNS, but I think the standard Facebook and Twitter client apps (and even Skype) from the Market allow for contacts sync on the phone. contacts can be join manually now, that's great. but, camera quality is more important to me. perfect that, and we'll have perfect MIUI. why MIUI settings still lag? still the same like two months ago.. -my never-ending rant- |

Both phones have their own strengths and limitations. - Screen: Galaxy S has bigger and vibrant screen while iphone4 is a lot sharper. - Glass used is not gorilla glass like in Galaxy S. Thus, easier to crack. - Build: iphone4 is 0.6mm thinner with unibody metal case. although there may be problem with antenna-gate that galaxy s do not have - A bit heavier than galaxy s - Apps: iOS > 500k apps. While iphone needs to be jailbroken first. - Android can use any bluetooth device to pair with Galaxy S. Not with iphone - with iphone, cannot see embedded flash in website. Ever! - Android phones do not need cables to sync, just do it wirelessly using apps like doubletwist or winamp - With android, can multitasking like on your computer. Can switch to the recent 6 apps by holding down home button. On iphone, only certain apps can run in the background while others are put to sleep. - And most importantly, can get free angry birds with all levels on android devices! iOS certainly is more polished overall.
