remember... CM7/MIUI kernels are different with Samsung rom's kernels. keep tat in mind

Very big fan of CM7, that's me! CM7 is the only reason I am still holding an SGS and not thinking to change to a dual core Android phone.

+mendoksei, always read first page. there's a suggestion on what kernel to be used for CM7 and miui. samsung kernels are incompatible with it.

galnetMIUI twooey is already rooted. Be careful, CM7 & MIUI cannot run with custom kernels meant for stock/photoshop ROMs.

hi, i have one question.

is it possible to flash from custom rom to stock rom?

somehow my phone cacat after i flashed darky v10.1 rom
wanted to upgrade to v10.2 but cannot even put files into the phone storage >.<

flash custom rom from stock? of course.
1. flash gingerbread stock rom by odin
2. flash custom kernel like cf-root to get cwm
3. put custom rom zip file into sdcard
4. go to recovery mode to get into cwm, and flash the zip file.

if you like, make a titanium backup first.

you want to revert back to stock rom ?

download stock ROM and use EZOdin

guys wanna ask.... i get gettting tis process android process acore fc very frequent when i restore my apps+data... though i clear dalvik many times and instal wipe version... any idea?/ thanks oh n currently on miui ^^

I hope you didn't restore system data (bad idea). Also, did you reboot the phone after Titanium Backup restoration of apps/data?

isn't that contact and calender are saved in google account? of cause you can restore once you sign in google account it will restore back.

try pull out your battery and go into download mode. if still can go into download mode use odin3 to flash. btw, are you flash via kies or odin3?

i use ezodin. stil can go to download / recovery mode but when it bootup tat time keep on say process stop unexpectedly.
