yes, better select one of custom ROM and flash into it. those that have battery drain mostly use stock ROM. GB is much more better than Froyo. The one that said have battery drain problem in GB perhaps used stock ROM. But if they used custom ROM and still have battery drained, meaning they don't know what is Android or don't know how to use it. Those also that said after use GB have longer battery life it also possible.

you can't not generalize the battery life without saying what apps you use or how you use. so try (custom) GB ROM and feel the differences.

Just received called from my CC bank, saying that I have made 3 transactions to foreign companies.

Guess what, I added my said CC into Google Market (Checkout) but did not do any transaction. Coincidence?

So to those using it, be wary of it being fraud.

This is serious. shocking.gif How much is the transaction illegally made? Are you sure it is the same credit card you registered in Google checkout?

Did you click any links that require input of your CC details? You might be phished or infected with a virus on your computer that got your CC keywords.

Nope, last I did submit my CC details was to Google Market (Google Checkout).

So, that's the highest suspicion, though it's hard to believe it being Google and all. sad.gif

And I didn't use my Visa card since last Saturday.

Bank called me, cancelled already when I login to my e-banking just now. So efficient. Too bad I can't double check on the compnay's names that did the transactions.

Maybank. biggrin.gif

Install any apps after registered my CC to Google Checkout? Nope. Only update some existing apps, which was FOC. But there's always confirmation before purchasing, right?

Never use blackmarket for a while already. biggrin.gif

Last use of my card was in Jaya Grocer, Saturday. But the main suspect still on Google Market. lol.

When you registered your card in google market, you computer might have a trojan that capture keys. Hence, it captured your key and sent it to a remote computer.

Just to be sure, scan your computer with malwarebytes.

I registered via my mobile's Market, where the info is stored into my Google Checkout's account.

So I have ruled out my computer having keylogger. Unless my home's wifi was hijacked. hmm.gif
