I only use 2 screen with folder organizer. never use any widget except elixir and clock  weather. so don't feel lag at all

Look like honeycomb is still premature . I reduce to use 3 screen and I can feel the smoothness. One question: how to reduce numbers of homescreen? I read somewhere no such option yet for HC?

The new hc3.1 leak update works well. I just wipe my dakvik, cache partition. All my data/app remain intact

Strange I have and certain users at the forum also have. My version is .04 instead of .07 strange as I download from the same link yesterday night.

What is your version Benny.

Update fails everytime. Called the acer support and the first lady i talked to didn't even know about the tablet, then talked to a different guy and he told me to do factory reset first. Haven't tried it yet but seems kinda stupid that a factory reset is needed for an update. This is really dissapointing. I was really looking forward to the update. Wil try it again after a full backup and post the results later.

No need factory reset
make sure any of the dfault apps you have freeze or removed are defrost and installed back
the update will scan your tablet for default completeness before it download
optional if rooted unroot it
