the thickest part is 12.1mm n the slimmest part is 7.6mm?
if arc is the second slimmest smartphone(it judged by thinnest part 8.7mm),then N9 already break the record?lol.

QUOTE(nicholasbeh @ Jun 25 2011, 11:56 PM) look at china site comparing android open source vs meego open source.they claim that android isn't fully open source coz just support java..is it true?meego/maemo5 is real open source. Google do have issues with Linux Foundation but not because of the java support.1st issue is the Android kernel.Google enhanced the linux kernel with some extra features but Linux Foundation is yet to accept it. 2nd issue is the Android 3.0/3.1 source code.As open source software Google should release the entire source code but yet to release it. In Maemo's case the core OS itself is open source but some application(app manager, media player) & some function(such as power management & telephony stack) is proprietary Nokia stuff. In MeeGo Intel is trying to make almost everything open source. That's why if you tried initial MeeGo release you won't be able to play much of the videos (due the format licensing). |
