QUOTE(killdavid @ Mar 1 2013, 08:28 PM) Interesting. For me, Pure Havane's magic comes after the top notes are gone. You get a very smooth dominant vanilla supported by tobacco, honey and cherry like notes. I didn't get to try Pure Havane I know it is back on sale on TM ge website but it does not ship here... Where else I can look for a bottle... Haihz have to settle with AA for the time being

Few years back I first sampled Pure Havane in Langkawi Airport. Though I bought it at different place

I used to use deodorant on my underarms a few years ago, but I stopped using it for a long time already because it isn't very good for us, especially the antiperspirant ones which contains aluminium. But then, if I start to sweat, the smell coming from my body and shirt isn't very nice. I only use a bar of soap to wash my body when showering...so the smell would go off after a while to be replaced by our body smell. And especially in our hot weather, we tend to smell more. So would perfumes be a good and better way to make us smell better?

I don't know about that, but I wouldn't like to use all these Renoma, Brylcream Nivea or whatever deodorant anymore. Stick deodorants that u roll on ur underarms can stain ur shirt at the underarms part especially for white shirt while those deodorants that you spray on ur underarms usually have aluminium I think. And besides, all these deodorants smell too cheap and generic..

On top of perfumes, u guys use deodorants on ur underarms too? By the way I don't understand, Bvlgari Aqva is a cologne? What's the difference between that and a deodorant? What's the difference between that and a deodorant? Hello Bigbangfomula, Good day to you... First of all, i think ShinKen and Edward are referring to one of the many cologne brands that produces deodorant too. Secondly, i don't think aluminum is the main substance that is dangerous to our body. It's this chemical called "paraben".. Anyway, if you are thinking to replace your deodorant with some other items to avoid the "unpleasant" smell.. You might want to consider other "more natural" anti-perspirant like products from kielh's. You can walk-in and ask them, i'm sure they have something that's suitable for you. Hope this helps.

Oh I thought they were referring to these. I got a bit confused there. Anyway aren't parabens present in so many things we use? Shampoo, face wash.. And nope, I totally don't want to use anti-perspirant deodorant. If my underarms sweat, I would let it sweat..not good to restrict the pores. So my point is, since u guys use perfumes, u use deodorant on ur underarms too?

Hi bigbangformula, The quality/amount of paraben used in different products are different depending on what they are intended to do. Anyway, i used to use deodorant too but that was 5 years ago. i stopped using them as they are harmful. I just use perfume nowadays... no more deodorant for me..

I don't know. Is using perfume not enough to make u smell good, or u just don't want ur underarms to sweat and stain ur shirt?

QUOTE(ShinKen @ Mar 3 2013, 09:56 PM) Habbit. It's like breathing. Body adapts to it. Muscle memory. Oh? Not getting you. Anyway can u guys recommend me a nice perfume for my needs? I am a college student, I would be in air-con room sometimes, but sometimes I would also be outdoors and can sweat a lot..I want a perfume that can make me smell nice whether I'm in an aircon room or outdoors under the hot sun sweating or doing sports. Preferably the smell can last quite long, and don't want it to be too strong. When people come near me or sit beside me then they can smell it. Budget wouldn't be a problem.
