I think because you set it to logical,
OS partition need to be primary so there is bootloader..

Okay... so meaning first i shrink C: drive down in its original primary partition state.
Then i assign the remaining space as logical partition and im good to repartition my remaining space?

my laptop have 4 partition now...
the drive F is the pcshop guy help me open 1.. i hope to make drive C smaller & drive F bigger to keep more data...
but the guy said only can shrink to half... cant make it smaller...
now how can i merge back F to C then separate it like C to 100-150 G other all use to F drive for me to keep data???

Shrink the C:\
Delete the F:\
Make a new partition out of the new space.

Use that program, on the left menu, got move/resize partition,

i scare i make wrong later have problem..so i ask clearly better..
so now i use the minitool partition wizard..
click on the C drive, then click move/resize on the left menu...

then those unallocate space before
& unallocate space after is wat???

sigh, I think I'm gonna regrettably try to find a buyer for my laptop and try to get another nvidia-powered one since my problem is the same as louisfjh...I saw an asus one, an ICE-powered one with a 2gb nvidia card....but only if I can find a buyer

now if only I can find a buyer..dont wanna take such a big loss on it since Ive not done anything to the laptop...

I couldn't edit my original guide (here, but let me just clarify one thing:

Do not change the drive type of your C drive. Leave it as primary.

As experienced by a couple of people here, if you change C's drive type, you will not be able to get your partitioning program or even Windows to run at all.

wow ~ finally i got my laptop from HP yesterday ~~
I placed my order on 22nd June, the courier service delivery my laptop yesterday - 14th July - at about 11:30am,
Everything is great ~ ram is installed ~ the carry case is nice, laptop can nicely fit into it ~
headphone looks great ~ n my mystery gift is rm50 jusco voucher ~~

Mr Acid please add me into the group ~ since im not very good in computer, i might need all sifu here for help in future ~~~
