I just pre-order at digi outlet this evening. will drop by tmrw for deposit to secure my set

I have a question.. I tried to book ip4s but then got this error

Sorry, your request was unsuccessful as you may have outstanding or overdue payments with us.

I dont have any registered number with Digi and already called thair service center and they also gave the same respond (no outstanding bill/registered number) . Does anyone knows what is my problem here?

which outlet can let u preorder?

i did it at kajang outlet. maybe because of i do the conversion as well (supp line to main line). filled up some forms, but they will only process it on friday.

What color is release 1st? Black only ?

I ordered white. I think the coming launch are releasing both colours.

how come yours so fast? pre order today and can get it on 16th?

eh guys just asking..can a supplementary line user change to microsim without the need for the main line user to verify information at the digi centre? and if yes, usually how long does it take to change the simcard? thanks

Wow..I'm surprised that you could place a pre-order bcoz u converted and also because of the FAQ below from Digi's website! But congrats!

"Q13. Can I walk-in to a DiGi Centre or Authorised Dealer to pre-order the iPhone 4S?
A13. No. Pre-orders can only be made via DiGi Store Online. DiGi Centres and Authorised Dealers will only be selling the iPhone 4S from 16 December 2011 onwards."

I guess that branch went out of their way to get more customers since they will only proceed order on Friday itself.

Here's my story coz my line was a supp line also. I was told to convert to main line and so I did. I waited till the next day to have the account fully activated and tried to place an online pre-order but to my disappointment I can't! Apparently they reset my previous record when they convert my number to main line.

Now they told me I have to wait till the 16th and walk-in. Vent my frustration kaw2 only then felt a bit better.

I don't mind the wait actually but I'm sad of their failure to track customers' loyalty. Been with Digi for years! Sadz

Digi is expensive compared to Celcom...

yes, celcom is better in every comparison, no shock bill, good coverage, cheaper.

does celcom offer unlimited data plan?

Has celcom even revealed their plan yet? Where?

Thanks guys, but I dont quite understand how it's cheaper than digi. The plan cost a bit more, the phone cost a bit less. But then there is still upfront commitment to add to the phone price. Digi no upfront payment.

Also, their plan offers less than what is offered by iDiGi 88.
