Wow..I'm surprised that you could place a pre-order bcoz u converted and also because of the FAQ below from Digi's website! But congrats!

"Q13. Can I walk-in to a DiGi Centre or Authorised Dealer to pre-order the iPhone 4S?
A13. No. Pre-orders can only be made via DiGi Store Online. DiGi Centres and Authorised Dealers will only be selling the iPhone 4S from 16 December 2011 onwards."

I guess that branch went out of their way to get more customers since they will only proceed order on Friday itself.

Here's my story coz my line was a supp line also. I was told to convert to main line and so I did. I waited till the next day to have the account fully activated and tried to place an online pre-order but to my disappointment I can't! Apparently they reset my previous record when they convert my number to main line.

Now they told me I have to wait till the 16th and walk-in. Vent my frustration kaw2 only then felt a bit better.

I don't mind the wait actually but I'm sad of their failure to track customers' loyalty. Been with Digi for years! Sadz

I'm guessing it starts at 12am of 16th December bcoz they say 24 hours on the 16th!

Can order online too. Why queue up unless you are up for the "adventure"

Actually with GDEX delivering it, you can ask them to deliver tomorrow. You have that privilege to request delivery time.

It's just like any other courier service i presume. If they deliver but no one at home, they will leave a note. You can call them to deliver on a different date. But i think they will only do it once. After that either u have to collect from their centre or collect from Digi when they have returned it.

In his case, the date is supposed to be 16th, not 15th as Gdex called him to ask if its ok.

LOL no worries bro. I understand the excitement!

If you are the principal line, no need to worry. They will convert to iDigi plan. All supp lines under you will remain the same.

If u are a supp line, like i was (LOL), convert to main line today. Tomorrow u can get in line for the 4S. Why today? Because they say it will take 24-48 hours for the account to be fully converted/activated so they might decline you tomorrow due to this.

Port into Digi today first to be safe!!

Huhu i wouldn't risk it if you are going to queue up. Prefer to settle today because the account can be used, but their record won't be up to date till the next day...12 hours minimum i should say.
