I have a question.. I tried to book ip4s but then got this error

Sorry, your request was unsuccessful as you may have outstanding or overdue payments with us.

I dont have any registered number with Digi and already called thair service center and they also gave the same respond (no outstanding bill/registered number) . Does anyone knows what is my problem here?
