QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Apr 4 2013, 09:39 PM) I think UOB charges about 2.7% above the middle rate of VISA foreign exchange rate instead of 1% for GBP to MYR. Has it happen to anyone here? I also noticed their number after conversion is rather high, can match mbb amex already

The cash rebate is based on the card monthly cycle. What about the smart cash rebate? Follow the card monthly cycle or calendar month?

Do you know which credit card in Malaysia that offers rate really close to the Visa Exchange Rate? If the transaction is small, it is not too big a deal, but over thousands then yes.

so far the forummers have commented that MBB Visa and Mastercard have the best foreign currency exchange rate. afterall, i think it still can't beat the currency note exchange rate

(coz got 6 Credit Cards around) Me neither. In the process of canceling one, leaving 5 cards. If I swipe 60 times each, 5 X 60 = 300 times a year, ie, almost once a day.

If monthly installment plan can be done using debit card, i probably will never use credit card.
