The elite people are always like that.

Their work is always easy. All the dirty scolding and customers rage are absorbed by front desk people already.This is how the environment in our local telcos.

The swearing towards their top management are already taken up by their lower end front desk dummies.Any message you want to reach them has to go through filters unless you have their direct contacts.

But you have to be a VIP/elite or with connections to get such jobs. Some people as soon as they graduate are already guaranteed with such jobs.

WTF with this speed???? haiz

ping google since yesterday night oways over 600+ms shit n a lot of request time out. morning wake up try again speed got increase to 400+ms but still a lot of request time out. WTF!

actually TM purposely make streamyx slow or taking too many customer ? to promote unifi package. I really hate this TM company. Anybody please write a complain letter and cc to SKMM, Minister and Prime minister.

No use. I wrote before to PM department to complain about TM's monopoly, suc*s customer service and connection speed not up to par and always down for maintenance (always cable broke down previously)

And the answer I get is we can't fault TM because they can only promise best effort speed as stated in their tiny terms and conditions...

can share with me the letter you wrote. Im going to send the letter also. Actually they should stop taking more customer if they cannot support.

Seriously, if they can't handle the low speed Streamyx, how can we expect them to handle the high price Unifi package which almost double the price? I don't wanna upgrade to Unifi just to enjoy a shortwhile fast connection then back to snall speed and constant disconnect.
