when emailing complaints to streamyx, cc it to SKMM also ...

i keep disconnecting. Anyone experiencing the same thing ?

my internet is slow now. loading youtube also slow

all make reports to TM and SKMM ... else TM just pretend nothing happens.

I complain to TM, cc to SKMM. After multiple call from TM, they sent a technician to my house. Do the normal thing:
1. Check my cable quality
2. repair the DNS to TM DNS.
Then I ask international speed how, they say best effort. oh my god, they think im noob or what.

Then TM call again and ask about the technician coming over to house. I said international line is still the same. they said "whole malaysia got problem due to cable". the cable still has not been repaired. Then asked when is scheduled to solve this and TM replied no dateline at the moment.

Who else to complain SKMM also cannot do anything i think .. How about we complain to BN ... they are doing the cooling thing to attract rakyat. Lets email to najib FB ...

i have complaint to TM and i dont cc to skmm but i send to them. Too angry until cannot thing properly. Can we complain to minister or politician. Since its near GE, the minister will try their best to take care of rakyat? btw what minister or politician can we complain to?

My speed is 0.1mbps download. Downloading pdf also so slow like snail.

the problem keep repeating nearly every month. Tired of complaining. and tired from the calls from TM and technician. Why cant the troubleshoot be permanent ?

Streamyx is doing scam business we must report to the correct department or body

actually TM purposely make streamyx slow or taking too many customer ? to promote unifi package. I really hate this TM company. Anybody please write a complain letter and cc to SKMM, Minister and Prime minister.

i got an email from TM after I complain slow connection. They ask me to do pingplotter for troubleshooting. they ask me to pingplotter 5 website. What pingplotter can give to them ? Why not speedtest.net ?

Can give me 5 websites for testing the pingplotter which can represent the popular international server. Thank you
