I just send my car to the Peringgit Motor SC , waiting them to diagnose the problem right now..Hopefully they can find out the problem n solve it. I understand your feeling , the foreman who test my car in the early morning also simply give excuses  vmad.gif

Hey , they reset the ECU and remove some gear oil out, right now my car felt lighter and more eager to push when changing gear, so I guess its is fix ..but weird le actually they cant diagnose out any faulty on my car , and they insist that my gearbox is in a very good condition.. blush.gif

your gearbox oil is dirty that's all
remember to always schedule your car for service
gearbox is just as important as your engine
so an early change of transmission fluid wouldn't hurt much

Hello peeps  smile.gif . I'm currently driving NHC 09 , just done 30,000 km service 1 month ago. Few days ago, I had this problem , the gear ratio seems like got some problem and not so smooth gear change. When the first gear 1st gear turn to the 2nd gear it got slightly jerky as usual , but from 2nd gear to 4th gear after gear changing , the RPM previously is at 1.9k but nw it will drop till 1.5k (didnt release the accelerate pedal) which cause the power loss , I have to accelerate more in order to change to next gear at 2.1-2.2k , any 1 experience this before? Any 1 can enlighten me bout this? Thank you.

Bro this is not a problem but actually how u press the gas. Hv to admit though, our nhc gearbox is a bit slow in selecting gears in d mode.

and srsly dont waste time resetting ecu whatnot, no difference and waste of time

Mine gear change also got jerking sometimes but nothing SC can do much....
Even my car hard to start when in hot condition also they no idea how to fix. Everytime got this problem I need to start more than 5 times. Very sad on my car....
*
Yeap, std problem with all nhc. Hard to start in hot weather. It occurs to me once in a while.dont think sc can do anything bout this

Added on July 1, 2011, 11:17 amhmmmm i thnk best is still to get the wheel clamp la ... hahaha clamp onto bolt onto floor ...

aihh ... this is not because the car has good market price, or its a good car nor a high demand for it ...

its just that the car has bad security features ...

anyone here agree with me here?
*
Its cuz our car fetches good money thats why they like curi honda cars.if not they will curi saga or myvis. Easier to steal

QUOTE(calvin_gsc @ Jul 2 2011, 12:59 AM)
Weirdest thing just happened earlier. Just replaced my horn to Bosch horn few days ago. Then just now, I full press for few seconds then suddenly no sound. Fine, thought horn fuse burn or wiring not good.

But this also affected my gear shift. I can start my car, but can't shift from P to D. I had to remove the shift release cap, and release the gear manually with a key.

Anyone came across this prob? Is it just a fuse problem?
*
I changed my horn to bosch too. But u need to fix a relay, looks like a small square box kinda thingie. If not u will burn ur fuse.

Yeaaa I guess so , so I'll change the transmission fluid in the next service which is 35k instead of 40k/60k. I don't mind of spending a lil more and service it earlier bit as I want to keep my car in tip-top condition biggrin.gif

Hi guys, just signed up the bank loan agreement and waiting for the car (polished metal) to come in September.

I am a bit concerned about the disabled-by-default boot alarm and the location of the alarm buzzer which can be disable easily.

You guys have the checklist to look for possible manufacturing defects for a new NHC?

Thanks.
