Somebody should start a poll on the Liverpool transfer target most wanted by the fans. Honda, Mata, Agruero, Jefren, Adam, Downing, Marveoux, Dann or Cissokho?
Who you want most for the coming season or even pay us a visit this July 16th? |

QUOTE(weichieh007 @ Jun 10 2011, 04:40 PM) Somebody should start a poll on the Liverpool transfer target most wanted by the fans. Honda, Mata, Agruero, Jefren, Adam, Downing, Marveoux, Dann or Cissokho? I have requested on the mods to add on poll but a different one from what you asked because I think putting in the names will be a little bit unrealistic and some of them might not even on the radar of Kenny. So, I have changed the poll. Thanks for your suggestion though. Who you want most for the coming season or even pay us a visit this July 16th? |

QUOTE(ik3da @ Jun 10 2011, 03:50 PM) One of my friend has a pair of RM108 tickets for sale - pricing wise, he selling back at RM108 (after I nagged him that only assholes will up the ticket pricing for no good reason). No training pass cause he's giving it to his brother. I am not sure what gate it is but I can help to ask if anyone is interested. Anyone else have extra RM 108 ticket???Do let me know early though, just in case he manage to sell it off first. Edit: Booked for now. Too many PMs in one go... Will reply to those who PM-ed me first. Apologies to those that I didn't replied to. Only managed to get the RM 68 ticket . |

Well, im still glad there are fans out there willing to let go at the same price.
Could already see a packed-out stadium already. SCB staff has a 20% discount i hear. Even if they're working in Singapore or any, overseas. I believe they hold out quite a number for the staff as well. |

QUOTE Liverpool FC captain Steven Gerrard says Jordan Henderson can follow in his footsteps STEVEN GERRARD says Reds new-boy Jordan Henderson can follow in his footsteps at Anfield. Gerrard has seen his new £16m team-mate at close quarters, having played alongside the 20-year-old with England last November, and believes the former Sunderland man will prove a shrewd acquisition by the club. "It's a really positive signing," Gerrard said. "Let's hope he is the next Steven Gerrard. "Liverpool needs a new Steven Gerrard and it will need a new Jamie Carragher. That's what good football clubs do - they replace their best players. "I saw Jordan at first hand for two or three days with England and he is a good player with energy." The Liverpool skipper has not kicked a ball since March, having undergone surgery to cure a long-standing groin problem, but admits he is relishing the thought of slotting back into Kenny Dalglish's ever-improving side. "My groin feels so good just now," said Gerrard, whose last game for the Reds was the 3-1 win over Manchester United on March 6. "For two or three hours each day I will have to work on my body to make sure I am right,. But I don’t see that as a chore. This is me getting right for Liverpool Football Club. "I have started doing yoga a couple of times a week as well. It absolutely wipes you out. People who think you turn up and you’re just posing in different shapes should have a go! "I am enjoying it after the sessions because I am feeling the benefits "I’ve not kicked a ball for a long time, probably the longest I have gone in my career, and I can’t wait to get back now. "I am excited about playing under Kenny Dalglish, just like the team did at the end of the season, which was going forward. We were playing with bottle and character and going all out to beat teams. And that always suits my style of playing." Gerrard will return to Melwood for pre-season training to find increased competition for places in Liverpool's midfield. Dalglish yesterday completed his first signing of the summer, with Sunderland starlet Jordan Henderson arriving at Anfield in a £16m deal. The captain watched the final game of last season from the away end at Aston Villa, and says the travelling Reds let him know he wouldn't be walking straight back into their side. "There was a bit of banter flying around," he said. "Stuff like, ‘You won’t get back in the team, Stevie’ and ‘You’ve got a fight on next season, Gerrard, to get past Lucas and Spearo’. "It was all good natured. But I don’t mind all that. I know what I can do and I know the challenge ahead for me. I welcome all that. Right now, I’m just steaming for a game of football again!" Gerrard says he enjoyed his day out at Villa Park, despite his side's 1-0 defeat, and says that the Reds' disappointing end to the season will serve as a useful reminder of the work that still remains to be done at Anfield. "I was a fan for a day," he said. "Carra [Jamie Carragher] had done it a few years ago and I’d had a few letters saying I should go to an away game. It was an eye-opener for me to get in among them. For a young player in our squad, or maybe one of the foreign lads, to have a day like that would really help them. "Fans absolutely adore the players. Everything is about the players for them, so for a player to give up a day, mix with the fans and give a little back...well, there’s no harm in that. "I am not putting pressure on anyone, but it is important for the players to have that link with the fans. If this club is going to be successful, everybody needs to stick together. He added: "Sometimes it is important to stay grounded and have a little reality check. The last two results will help next season because it sends a message to players and fans that we are not the finished article. "There is still an awful lot of hard work left, but we don’t mind that." The signing of Henderson, following those of strikers Luis Suarez and Andy Carroll back in January, has triggered the start of a bright new era at Anfield. All three are aged 24 or under, and all could represent Liverpool's future. For Gerrard, so often the 'go-to' man at Anfield, the arrivals are most welcome, though he rejects the notion that he alone has carried the side in recent years, He said: "I never believed that anyway because in 2005 when we won the biggest trophy, and I had the best night of my life, we had 14 absolute heroes on the pitch. Don’t forget Neil Mellor and Florent Sinama-Pongolle, who turned the Olympiakos game in the group stage that year or we would have been out,. "Of course there have been times when I have stood out, but there have been plenty of times when I have looked to my team-mates to help me. If that ‘one-man-team’ thing never gets mentioned again that’s great as it means the team is doing well." Read More http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/liverpool-f.../#ixzz1OrxHpdgb |

With all the hypes and happenings from the media during this summer transfer window, it is impossible to differentiate rumors from actual targets. What about poll on position that needed strengthening? Vote plus player suggestion (realistic one, of course). Thanks for noticing anyway.. |

We now got a lot of news that we want gael clichy (LB) from arsenal.. he refuse to sign a new contract that in 12 months will be expired.. For Honda, if we sign him, our midfield looks crowded..
