isnt  5000 kbps = 5mbps ?
*
1 Byte = 8 bits

5 Mbps = 5 x 1024 kbps = 5120 kbps = 640 kBps (note the capital B is for Byte)

dear unifi users.

i'm having problem to connect 2 computers (1 Wifi + 1 LAN) on the same router to Steam game servers (Counter-Strike: Source & Team Fortress 2).

it seems that only 1 computer is able to connect while the other will have timeout error.

i've check that the required port 27015 could not be reach based on http://www.canyouseeme.org/

btw, i can still download games as well as updating on Steam but unable to join any game servers when 1 of the other computer is in a game.

tried port forwarding and still no hope. I hope some1 will help me on this. much appreciated.

Anyone can give some suggestions on what I can do in order to cancel my account without paying any termination fee? I am moving out from my current place and I don't want to pay anything to cancel my account...

I think if you move to place with unifi coverage you can ask the unifi service to move your unifi to your new house...or else you can offer someone else in your current neighbourhood who want to use your unifi and change name on your account to that person name...
same as streamyx i think

Since the new house have no coverage, can't you ask them to put you contract on hold? I think it's posible with the help of SKMM. Unless in TnC already have terms about moving to new place without coverage.

Erm... I don't know whether i remembered correctly but I think if you apply for relocation, if they cannot provide the service, you are allowed to sort to streamyx instead. Not very sure. Why don't just call them. If cannot, just tell them... I'm relocating to THIS ADDRESS. If you can't provide the service, it's your problem. I want you to terminate my account without extra/hidden charges. Send a copy to SKMM to ensure they handle this for you. LOL
