Very sad. My primary school educated uncle can't download again his porn movies... I only taught him to download from those banned website...

Many companies use VPN for many things from allowing workers to work from home, to multi-national companies connection to their own network across the world. We can't just black all VPN

If they block specific ones, the provider just need to change the IP address or something.

They are daft. Piracy is not the problem. Piracy is the outcome of the problem that is the things we want cannot be obtained through legal channels.

If they block VPN, hell will break loose. My company uses VPN to connect to the HQ in Switzerland. Block? Company leaves, gomen rugi. End of story.

Yah, that's not my point. My point is if you want to stop piracy, blocking is not the correct answer. Making the item available legally is.

No. The correct way is to educate Malaysian to stop piracy and many campaigns can be launched.
In such way, taxpayer's money or your service charge got 1 more hole to run.

You're right also. both ways are correct.

Make the item legally available and educate why piracy is wrong at the same time. Educated ppl will sure choose legal.
