i justed updated to GB 2.3.3 yesterday via Kies which is an official update from Samsung.


I experience lagging, which it doesn't occur when i was i Froyo 2.2.1.

this morning, my quadrant result is 1009.

is there any problem with the official rom or is there any apps installed that caused this lag??

appreciate any advise out there.

I doubt that the speedmod contains bootloader file as well because the download has only one file, zimage.

if you have budget, better go for SGS 2. much more powerful then SGS though. lol, but when i read reviews about Galaxy S plus, seems like it much faster than Galaxy S somehow.

well, there is 2.3.4 update right now and you might wanna try that. it's awesome.

hi guys... i saw newspaper that senheng offer galaxy S @ RM1299... wondering that is AP set?
bcos as checked around should at least RM1500+ for original set...

erm.. what the differences between the Galaxy S (RM1299) selling at senheng and Galaxy S (ori @ RM1600) selling at LYN...

I think the price of plus and SGS2 is almost a grand difference. So SGS plus might be a better choice if you don't want to spend too much.

uninstall quadrant, it is a poor benchmark for hummingbird chip used in galaxy s.

senheng is selling galaxy sl, not this galaxy s i9000

Here is a printscreen of my battery usage for my SGS running on F1 JVP V5 with Kernel Dark Core 2.7.3. Its on Airplane mode all the time and so far the battery usage under standby is very good.

Why u guys keep repeating the same question dont understand the answer? Senheng june broucher no longer have any galaxy s i9000 onit... The 1299 is the galaxy s l... And it is sme/ori set... And what is the different, another guy just ask in previous page..

As per the galaxy s ap set, I get my @rm1250 month ago...

How about S Plus ? Anyone know the market price ?

The lens only allow light to pass through. It is the sensor that is "absorbing" the light if that is what you want to call it. Furthermore the shutter speed alone don't determine how much light pass thru the lens. Its is both shutter speed and Aperture that determine how much light pass thru the lens.

Anyway this is out of topic but I just thought you should know.
