noob question..

before this i was on simply rom..then ive change to cm7..ive copied my titanium backup folder from simply rom to pc..now in cm7, when i copy back the folder to sd card,titanium backup didnt load the apps + data..how do i want to restore back my app+data from simply to cm7?

the stock browser. when i pan around it lags. is it the browser prob? btw i only plan to root it to custom rom later...is it worth it for me to upgrade to the official gingerbread now?

Guys for my friend who doesn't like to mod his phone... I told him to upgrade to 2.3.3 via Kies..... He complains that Kies keep on dc the phone connection.....

It worked fine bought when he bought the thing it came with Eclair. He updated to Froyo just fine before this (3 months ago)
So, I'm wondering is there a way to tell ODIN not to reset his phone while updating it?

if all nightly wipe data, i will be busy all day just to restore all my apps.

You can backup and then restore once you've finished flashing using odin. See first page.

thanks. so its worth upgrading to the official gb then although in the 1st page says something about battery problem. btw all my app download stall at starting download and i cant find a way through it

battery problem affects 2.3.3 gb. Try XXJVP rom.

Try cancel and retry the downloads

do i need to go through those steps in the 1st page to upgrade or can i just use the kies found in the official website? it is the same thing?

kies will give you gb 2.3.3. If you use odin, the process is a lot shorter though you will have to read more for you to become familiar with.

Ya, I updated to fugumod #52 this afternoon, then did #55, then #58 came out so I did that too. Now #61, bloody hell

for those who like touchwiz 4 can try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1061883 so far so good. 7 pages with lot of widgets still running smoothly. hope that it wont disappoint me like others.

haha i managed to update to gb 2.3.4. now i hope market download works =))
