Do you all need to on the 3G network to receive MMS?
if i turn off the network, i will never receive any...jus sms me downloadingMMS....

yes, you need to enable data connection to send/receive mms.

try to check your MMS setting and enable 'auto-retrieve'..i can receive MMS anytime without my data on..

edit: it will automatically turn on my data for around 10sec just to receive the MMS, and then my data will be off again..

are you sure? it has been like this since eclair. how can you receive mms without enabling data connection?

deactivated..wifi and data off..it will automatically on my data for 10sec or less just for the purpose of sending/receiving the mms..

yea, just tested, on samsung rom we need to enable the data connection. its not automate.

If you flash stock official rom and send for repair, you'll save a lot of headache.

Use odin to flash. It's really easy. Note that if you send your phone without official firmware, rooted with custom rom, they'll say that you've voided your warranty.

for those who want to try stable TW4, try the ones from switchrock. i think its the most stable by now. no problems so far.
