i found dat the notification thing that we need to slide down form the top of the screen kinda android-ish ..
and its great camera and photos r now intergrated with twitter .. :thumb:

I was looking for more in iOS5.. Like file explorer.. Bluetooth file transfer.. Video call to other platform? Where are this basic features that a phone should have? I'm iOS user so far I'm happy with it because of the speed and the ability for me to connected to social network all the time..and of course the apps.. But since day 1 iPhone launched these basic but critical features is not there.and i don't see any updates in the iOS5... I can't complain but have to accept it.. still I am a happy iphone5 user can't wait to update and try it out.. Anyone knows when is the exact date will apple release iOS5 for official update?

U can be their beta tester if you r software developer to test ur apps or UDID member.

Yes, but its better to have a registered device as there may be problems using the other method to bypass the developer block in future beta updates.

the idea of iOS is that u dont have to manage ur files, hence no file explorer. the apps are responsible to manage them, not u. im not saying this is a bad thing or not, but for a relatively simple gadget (compared to a PC) it seem to work pretty well since i dont copy/paste anything around.

subsequently, u cant have bluetooth file transfer if u dont have a file explorer.

also: dropbox! solves it for me

video call to other platform..skype works good but the chat is quite laggy

You just have to flash to a new firmware. iTunes will prompt you for this once iOS5 is ready for download.

I'm still gonna upgrade it. I like the Twitter integration and iCloud. =D
