Anyway, Taylor's students are afford to pay such rental but i dont think most of them can manage, 3 students share a RM 3,000 condo .... very rare ... <-------- Ex Taylor's and Sunway student ... |

the project is running well as per now...hopefully the price can growth up once its completed....and anyone has any idea whether there hv launch the second phase?

Affected by supply & demand factors (I think so..
 )Heard there will be double the number of students in 2 years down the road. Majority for investment purpose - rental yield. I think that is why..Taylor's website showed rental for own hostel ranging from 800-1200 per bed. |
