Developer is releasing phase 1 unit. Price approx RM580/Sq ft. Only a few units left i think. RM630k / 1070 sq ft. Just beside taylors uni

HI Guys , just to get your all opinion . heard another SOHO tower going to launch soon name D'Latour . Heard is RM700 PSF with size from 800 sq.ft . still worth to buy ??
