Heard there will be double the number of students in 2 years down the road. Majority for investment purpose - rental yield. I think that is why..Taylor's website showed rental for own hostel ranging from 800-1200 per bed.

This weekend going to be the soft launch for units with 890sf with early bird discounts & rebates for the existing Senza customers.

Should have some reserve units for public in the coming days...(keep an eye)
