this is a BBB property. Developer just hand over the key recently to owners. A few of them are letting it go @ 750k - 800k. Valuation could fetch up to 750k now. Super catchment area as the students are willing to rent it @ 4k / unit. It easily covers instalment and u have positive cash flow!

Where's the access road to this completed condo? Getting in from Taylor's? I didn't see any access road from LDP.
