Change the default mailing address to your office when a delivery is expected.Then change back once not required. Banks now have an internal policy which these "sensitive" documents can only be sent to your mailing address. Request for diversions are collected by the CS but they are not necessarily acted upon by the card department. Reason for this is that a lot of scams involving impersonating genuine card holders.
I came to know about this a couple of months ago. Please don't bother to ask CS because as this is bank's internal policy, it won't be mentioned to the customers. (nor it needs to - coz it's after all internal policy) To save your time and breath just take a note of my tip above.
