Your renovation very similar to mine. I am still stuck waiting for the MPSJ Permit. Planning to Use Solar Water Heater? L Box, fan hook, cutting hole for down light, manhole & cornice will be charge differently.
It will not be included in the price for the plaster ceiling. These are extra over. For manhole, better to use those with aluminum edging. Looks better |

Yeah...agree too...but my wife want it as she had bad experience of sweating while doing the preparation for cooking.
