Don't think they will call you. You got to call them.
PJ approved contractor and SJ is different I think. You can get the list from TNB SJ. |

Your renovation very similar to mine. I am still stuck waiting for the MPSJ Permit. Planning to Use Solar Water Heater? L Box, fan hook, cutting hole for down light, manhole & cornice will be charge differently.
It will not be included in the price for the plaster ceiling. These are extra over. For manhole, better to use those with aluminum edging. Looks better |
