Don't think they will call you. You got to call them.

PJ approved contractor and SJ is different I think. You can get the list from TNB SJ.

That is the fan hook. The down light hole not yet opened. Should be easy for wiring man. Just open additional hole and loop the point.

having ceiling fan in the kitchen? Have you thought about having to clean off the oil stains on the fan blades?
Also with the fan switch on, the cooking oil will be spread every where in the kitchen. Additional cleaning up...
Unless you do not plan to do much cooking or opt for western cooking smile.gif

L Box, fan hook, cutting hole for down light, manhole & cornice will be charge differently.
It will not be included in the price for the plaster ceiling. These are extra over.

For manhole, better to use those with aluminum edging. Looks better

Yeah...agree too...but my wife want it as she had bad experience of sweating while doing the preparation for cooking. So the fan is just for the purpose during the preparation.

Never come across thinking of using Solar Water Heater.

Yeah...all these are extra charge and can be more expensive than the plaster ceiling for the whole house.
