I remember I applied for the Mastercard Gold only. Don't think it's thru agent coz the banker itself called me to re-fill the form again.

You are aware that you will be charged RM50 GST for each card right? Perhaps extra boxes were ticked on your behalf without your consent. Anyway, as pointed put by Ronnie, the visa business gold is better. |

Yes I'm aware of that and that's why I'm asking which one is better, that leaves them no choice of either letting me cancel one card without paying the GST, or "waive" it.
Then I can show them my proof. I've sent the applications form and others to the banker's email address and I still have the hardcopy. As of "waive" it means they give me free points to redeem the RM50 GST rewards. You might say it's not possible but actually it happens to one of my colleague recently that he called up to cancel the card, and the banker or maybe just CS(not possible I think) offer my colleague to retain the card and in returns, the banker give him 10k points free, and few vouchers. |

Just activated both of my cards, here's what they say :
Annual fee are waived for 2 years - If payment good, they will continue to waive. As for GST - they say if I charged at least 3 times in each of the card (total 6 times) they will waive the GST for me. No minimum charge value. Sounds good. Bank are actually trying to keep their customer in hand. |

thanks Human Nature, I see.
Actually I haven't tried call customer service before for waiver, my other cards are free for life. In order to convince CS for waiver, please comment. should I tell CS I will use the card more often with prompt payment. |

Hey all, just got my card after it being approved for such a long time, and the main reason is that i wanna use the flexipay, anyone know whether they will always approve or what does it depend on, I read the T&C but,I was wondering what are the chances of me getting an approval for flexipay for say a RM2000 item, after just getting the card?
Thanks |

I'd say they will always approve, because if your card can swipe for RM2000 Also provided the interest/one time fee is covered in your credit limit as well

Open a eSaver account and wait for it to be upgraded to eSaver Plus. Subsequently if CC spends above RM1500 every month, you get 1.5x ChoicePoints. Plus you get 125 ChoicePoint every month for maintaining the eSaver account. |
