I just called up and enquired last week of the RM100 balance after 30-days has passed.
Tomorrow will check my SCB Online Banking page for the RM100

Apply online lah...we are talking about this since months ago..

I just called to inquire about the remaining cash back. Apparently I will only be getting it end of Sept even though my 1 month anniversary has passed. So I pointed out on the 30 days clause and requested him to make a note.

Was it a typo ? ..it was a 30 day clause in the T&C item 12.2
Did they escalate to the Investigation dept ?

aih..yeah, it is a typo. i forgot to mention investigation department, just ask him to put forward a note. nevermind, i will call again if no news.

i used the platinum line and he pointed out that i can use the preferred banking line. 1800 vs 1300

The Preferred line has worst CS compared to Platinum line IMHO

Can I ask something, if I apply SCB Platinum Visa, I will get RM300 cash. Do I get charged for RM250 annual fee, apart from the RM50 government tax?

Annual fee will be waive for 1st 2 years.
U will only get Rm200 once card approved. minus GST rm50, will left rm150.
Balance rm100 will be credited after 30 days, but none of us received it yet..

- online application on 21 july
- 29/08 emailed scb with reference number to check status, and request to cancel application if not eligible for cash back because I'm existing card holder
- 30/08 received call from price solutions asking some basic questions and confirming my existing cc number
- 04/09 received sms notification of successful application
- 05/09 biz plat appeared in online banking with RM200 - RM50

Ok thanks, they just do not mention that on their web i guess.

Anyone got their extra cashback yet? My friend received a call today and was told that his extra RM100 was credited yesterday, will appear online i a couple of days.

1st time is through agent. That time I just graduate and didn't have any CC yet.

2nd time is half year ago through online application.
