Just called to activate card and was told that need 3 swipes within 30days, 45days to get that RM100.

Guys, just applied for this card. Is it true the first 2 years annual fee is waived? Can't find it anywhere on the website.

how you get the 5% petrol cashback when you haven't receive the card?

Hi Gen-X, I noticed that in your blog, you mentioned SCB Gold CC got RM150/250 cash back for new approved card (in the picture). However, if you clicked to apply Gold and Classic CC in SCB website, it did not have the "6 benefits" box besides the application. So it maybe no cash back for new approved SCB Gold CC.

FYI, SCB Business Gold did have the "6 benefits" box.

Therefore, need someone to confirm/ ask CS whether SCB Gold CC new approved card still eligible for the cash back.

my updated SCB article (link above) has latest table from SCB and for SCB Biz Gold it is clearly stated RM150 cash back via agent and RM250 for online application. And below the table is part of the latest T&C stating how the cash back will be paid for Gold cards. However I did not click apply like you mentioned.

And yes, Classic card are not entitled to cash back, it is stated in the T&C.

Applied online banking why I cannot see my card details yet, guess I need wait sometime for it to reload? Anyone face same problem too?

usually hw many days after submit online application form we will get call from the CS/agent?? if no call received where should we call n ask?

Applied on 16/Aug but did't received any news from SC. Then last week I call the CS, and was told application went through.

For my case, I received the call after 3 working days.

my case was rather unique, initially got sms say application rejected ,then less than a week later CS call up and question/follow up on my applicatiosn and next 2 days already approved with sms notification

Mine is more than 30 working days, 37 to be exact, but RM100 balance still no where to be seen.

I'm getting my additional RM100 in my account tomorrow... according to the Investigation Team call-back this morning.
