On the other hand, please ensure the service card aka warranty card Imei number same as your box and your toy imei number... I received a set with different number i.e box and handset are the same but not the service card... At the end of the day, I get a replacement set aka ceiling unit from celcom service point...

Is this fair? I paid for a brand new unit but received a so call new unit but with only handset and service card... Who knows it might be a recon unit where previously people sent in to claim for 1 to 1 warranty [which we're entitled to it for the first week, 7 days] becz unit faulty etc....

What say you?
