refurbished means that the device may have been used before, but was returned for some reason but has been reconditioned back to the original speficication. it should be as good as new.

15 days feels like a long long long time..I sent on 12 July...only 5th day...another 10 days more at least)..i can't wait to get back..after comparing with my previous 3G...now my 3G feels inferior

data means internet and mms content.
3G is the network that's faster than 2G. you can use 2G or 3G to go to internet...but 3G will be faster...that's all.

AFAIK no warranty without warranty card. How sure you having now is a celcom set? Whats the model number?

is it the service card ? the blue card with model, imei info ?

thats it...service card must be shown to claim the warranty....
