QUOTE(azam_halim @ Dec 12 2012, 01:40 PM) to sum it all, if i take ip16gb from celcom on the prime plan 12 months, i will: 1. pay total 1888 during registration 2. pay monthly 75 for the first 10 months and 98 for the remaining 2 months correct? QUOTE(miliardo83 @ Dec 12 2012, 01:46 PM) total payments upon register is rm2038. which means:advance bill payment is rm150. Advance bill payment will be credited to the first bill. 1. upfront = 2038 2. first and second month bill = 0 per month 3. third to tenth month bill = 75 per month 4. 11th & 12th month bill = 98 per month given that not exceeding quota.. correct? |

the iphone plan can add supplementary line right?
would like to know whether the commitment fee rm15 will be deducted from the rm15 or nt? for eg if i haf 2 supp line, the free call 2400 mins is share between each supp line or 2400 mins for each supp line? |

QUOTE(dmc0105 @ Dec 11 2012, 09:26 PM) Total cost for iphone + 12 month(rm98) plan is rm2834 correct? Phone price 1888 Advance payment 150 Total upon registration : 2038 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- First month = 0 (-75 from advance payment) Second month = 0 (-75 from advance payment) Third to Tenth = 75 x 8 [(98-23) x 8] (23 from 10 month rm230 rebate) Eleventh and Twelfth = 98 + 98 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Total will be 2038 + (75x8) + 98 + 98 =RM2834 How is my calculation? Correct? QUOTE(rmvalues @ Dec 12 2012, 12:14 AM) No, your first month bill will be RM 250 credited + RM 24.50 rebate, so total RM 274.50 minus RM 10 stamp duty minus prorated usage/total usage minus 6% GST, and roll to next month until your bill start paying your bill. This is what Celcom customer service told me. QUOTE(azam_halim @ Dec 12 2012, 04:03 PM) which means: guys, i'd just called Celcom. 1. upfront = 2038 2. first and second month bill = 0 per month 3. third to tenth month bill = 75 per month 4. 11th & 12th month bill = 98 per month given that not exceeding quota.. correct? Regarding the deposit of RM150 (Prime - RM98), the care consultant said it'll be credited to the first bill based on the T&C there. BUT!! Still i have to pay for my monthly bill (even 1st & 2nd month). I was like =.=??, did she get it wrong for the first time. I asked for the second time, stating that I'd already pay for the advance payment (to be credited into first month bill), so means first two(2) months, I don't need to pay for anything, since after rebate, it was RM75/month. Again, she said: No, you'll still need to pay for every month. the advance is just like deposit. After 12month, only Celcom will pay back to me IN CASH. I was like WTF?! Is this customer care consultant well-trained? I thought stated clearly on the T&C, it is CREDITED in to the first bill, as I just want to x2 confirm with them. Ended up, I lagi confused now. At the end, I didn't stick with her too long, as she seems like started to be less & less patience, sort of thinking: "What customer is this? Want sign then sign la. What the hell asking for so many ques.." One chance given to Celcom. |

QUOTE(jayy79 @ Dec 12 2012, 09:45 PM) guys, i'd just called Celcom. I experienced the same thing yesterday, when I called the customer careline and asked the celcom staff for clarification about the iphone 5 plans and all she answered was "i don't know, i'm a new staff in here but i can ask my colleagues for answers." i was like wtf i waited for about 5 minutes to be connected and then she said she has no idea. I hung up instantly and went to the nearest blue cube instead. The staffs at blue cube all seasons place penang were like "we havent receive anything from the hq in kl yet, so we cannot say anything." i mean seriously, how can they release a plan without all the people who work for them knowing what to explain? urgh so annoying but i'm still buying the ip5 from celcom though. You've got the right info from the Bluecube staff. We're stunned by the hotline care consultant. Haiz.
