i am using AVG antivirus pro.. so far when i install new apps, it will check whether or not the apps is safe.

If SME did that, it would not be a smart move. Launching now would be best. Get the eager market before competition arrives.

have finally successfully flashed KE7 firmware and rooted! but had to look for KE7 stock kernel from other websites because my comp refuses to download the one from xda as it says its corrupted!

The stock kernel is just to remove the initial splash screen yellow triangle. Since I plan to continually flash newer firmwares, I just leave it as it is.

Of course say is easier than done

My tip:
1) Make sure u do it on a clean table.
2) Stick away any stubborn dust.
2) Allign the SP properly before removing the whole adhesive, then push out the bubbles to the sides.
3) Reallign only if needed. Use cellotape to stick at the 2 cross edges and pull up the SP before reapplying.

P/S: Do not ever prick it with a sharp object/ fingernails if u wanna reapply. U prick, the SP dies a peaceful death
