I thought most of the package offered must include MRTA . Is it cheaper without it?

Some banks can waive it but in return rate will be higher. Best to consult related bankers available for the project.

In another project, one of the bank was forcing me to buy MRTA amt 5k+,
so I got another not so preferable bank to quote withojut MRTA, the first bank then
waived MRTA, they said after appeal to the bank mgmt and not suppose to tell anyone else. rclxub.gif

Ambank only giving blr-2.2 w/o MRTA. doh.gif
Stil waiting for UOB cos resubmit. is there any time frame for us to apply loan? like within 14days?

Blr-2.2 a bit too high. Try get 2-3 more banks to compare..

HLB is able to provide BLR-2.3 without MRTA.

yea man, now trying HLB. UOB only willing to release 80% due to their findings that developer is giving discount so now trying to appeal. haiz....

Discount or u mean the 20k rebate? So that means your SPA price is before the rebate.

d unit is with 2 car park, they insist that i got discount or FREE for the 2nd carpark. D officer also help me to explain till saliva also dry, now still pending for their investigation.

the best rate that ambank gives me is -2.45!

Btw, anyone who needs loan? I can recommend my friend to you guys. I'm assured she can help to assist the best she could and offer the best rate.

Btw, the rebate 20k issit including spa legal fees & loan legal fees n 2 yrs maintenance????

Or the rebate 20k just purely the tangible items?

I need advice from ppl who got take this 20k rebate...

wow, can get -2.45 from ambank? with or w/o MRTA?
as i know, 20k rebate is referring to those freebies. aircond, kitchen cabinet, etc.

i m jz placed a booking last two weeks.havent sign SPA yet.buy for investment.do u guys think can rent out at RM1600 in future for fully furnished?cos i m stil thinking....
