placed booking on phase3 B2, waiting for loan approval. what is the best rate offered by panel bank at this moment?

yea man, now trying HLB. UOB only willing to release 80% due to their findings that developer is giving discount so now trying to appeal. haiz....

d unit is with 2 car park, they insist that i got discount or FREE for the 2nd carpark. D officer also help me to explain till saliva also dry, now still pending for their investigation.

wow, can get -2.45 from ambank? with or w/o MRTA?
as i know, 20k rebate is referring to those freebies. aircond, kitchen cabinet, etc.

yea, freebies is good. but actually u can add-in later on. latest by 80% upon completion. so atleast u can have 15/20k to invest or do other things 1st.

very subjective. depends on d highway view worth 15k for d buyer or not.
too bad is out of my budget, if not i wil get d view with 2 car park.
