Yes. Too many units are the concern. Hope that the future management able to manage properly.

I was told last time that each block will have its own condo management. Not sure is true or not.

Latest construction status is out .. seem phase 1 E1/2 is already at 3rd level ..

Phase 2 piling seems completed. Phase 3 looks like still a long way to go..

The future nearby LRT station (completion in May 2013?) will have carparks as well based on the signboard hmm.gif

Wow, didn't know this development has so much response in lyn. Visited this place at least three times, but in the end didn't book any. Thought of getting it for investment, but then again, thought otherwise. But i think this place will surely increase in price once completed.

I booked but haven't signed S&P yet... mine is only 1 car park, I'm thinking to switch if there is any unit with 2 car parks ..

What is the pros and cons between these choices, which is better in resale value and market demand?

Both units same level but different block, facing and total car parks

1) Block C
- Facing highway (Puchong) - better view
- With 1 car park only
- 15k more than Block B

2) Block B
- Bad view - facing Block C
- With 2 car parks
- 15k cheaper than Block C
