I sign my SNP/Loan Doc for Phase I, according to Akisam, all SPA & Loan inclusive of stamp duty is Free. only pay for 1st 10% so far.

UOB is the panel also which I approved my loan,

Well, whether to take with minimum top up or not, question is you like the area of phase I or Phase II, next which is more value for money? can always ask for low top up e.g 1k - 2k.

Now this is confusing... @tnang say is free... @alekfegurson say is not... anymore people especially those have signed up the S&P can clarify?

Few months ago, I did ask one of the Big House even my house loan agent.. they say is free... hmmm

S&P is borne by developer if you are getting the developer's panel lawyer. You have to pay for MOT.

Yeah, Not tandem car park  mad.gif (for your own relief, just reassure with SA before you place your order)

Since it is high density area, for 15k side carpark is worth it if you plan to stay.

whatever it is i trust myself n bgt this project. believe it or not this place can definitely make it in time to come cos of its assessiblity n pricing. there aren't may left from dev. fr what i know considering d density.

anything below 500k for rental play still got hope cos not many can afford to rent above 2k. so this place could be ideal.

Maybe he meant RM 1100 net. That means have to add RM 200 or so to cover other charges.

So will rental of RM 1300 able to break even cash flow ?

During sales, Akasima stated 1.6k rental in their showroom.
