If u plan to subscribe MB40/UB40 pls make sure tat you only hav enough credit to subscribe cause this MB40 will utilise you extra credit once you breach the 2GB quota and its quite costly to use too, simply mean its Pay As You Use after the 2GB till the 30 days cycle ends sweat.gif
On how to make sure u hav just the require credit , buy FLEXI E Reload to get ONLY the required amount. Pls remember you will also get 15% reload bonus if u topup rm30 and above
If it's true then their new packages listed ta their website is VERY misleading!

They never mentioned ANYTHING about being charged per MB for the MB40 plan anymore except a small listing below there that says FUP applies to ALL PLANS after exceeding allocated quota.

They be damned if my next bill have extra charges incurred when my quota exceeded. I'm taking snapshots of the site as proof when time comes. You all should too. mad.gif

You are having problem exactly like what I had. You can check my prevous post and other's reply on that.

1. Well, you need to put on a thick face and call them EVERYDAY until they give the back the normal speed. That's what they want, you just give what they want. They want you to bug them everyday becoz they enjoy listening their customer scolding, they even record your scolding so they can do repeat listening. Welcome to Umobile Club.

2. I am serious about my first suggestion, you need to call them until they give back the normal speed. But your best choice it to get a second SIM card to rotate. PM Digilife for the tips.

3. I find out myself that when your  30 days expire, do not immediately re-subscribe, you will get the trottled speed.  Wait for about two week after expire then you will get the normal speed when you re-subscribe. Weird huh? Welcome to Umobile club.

Those are among those thing you need to expect when you become a Umobile club. member.
P/S: I am really pissed off when writing these. Talk about that later.

UM CSO sucks, I too scolded them abt my quota and its better to use 2 different MB68 sims and let the "first one die naturally" after the 5GB . usually after abt 7 days it will be reset back to "normal" when it expires
*
Thanks u guys for the tips.. I'll get one more sim card then.. U mobile should try to solve this problem.. It is very difficult for their customers to get 2 sims and frequently change it.. seriously, u mobile has a lot to do to be one of malaysia's main telco service..

2G data connection has problems too.. now I can't get connected at all when on celcom network.. shakehead.gif

its auto re subscribtion if u hav rm28 and above in your ac,

tats why i always stress topup ONLY the required amount via FLEXI E Reload so tat UM wont auto your subscribtion icon_idea.gif and this goes to MB40 and MB68 and MB128 too

UB40 is Pay As You Use after the 2GB quota but i really not too sure abt the MB40 and i would advice you to make a complain to MCMC if you feel tat UM "cheats" you

dun worry, MCMC always take care of users not Celcos thumbup.gif

Well. I received a parcel from U Mobile. They thanked me for topping up RM30 from 7-11 and gave me a U Mobile Starter Pack... with RM5 credit inside. sweat.gif

I would prefer my 100 free SMS please.
