it is normal for new car, just go do alignment and balancing for < RM 50 then will settle your problem
It is good for new car/new tyre to do balancing too, to better expand the life span of tyre

Nope, not normal. I just hit 140 just now and it's still stable. Like what the person above me just said, you need to do alignment/balancing.

Let your SA know and he should get this done for you for free. I got mine done for free by the service center during my 1k service (since it's just next door).

hi forte owners,

just to ask, after the first 1000 km, what is the frequency of servicing it? every 5k or 10k?
from the maintenance chart i saw on the first page, it's every 10k.

please enlighten me.

thanks.

^^

You can do 5k or 10k. It's entirely your call.

I'm doing 10k..

Saves the trouble for service center visits (with the long queue n long wait time).

10k save time and cost..im thinking to do 10k also..
but if got small small minor problem, if u need to go to SC then the 10k interval is pointless already.

do 10k service not juz save ur time go SC, oso save ur labour charges cost...after 3 free labour charges, estimate for 5k intervals will be 10-11k mileage. but if for 10k service, u can extend another 10k service again, that makes 20k mileage service with free labour charges.
futuremore, after 3 free service labour, the next 5k mileage service which is 15-16k mileage, will need waste RM70-1xx for labour, then 20k-21k mileage again waste around that figure again....but if u use 10k service, ur next service is 30k-31k mileage. which only cost around that figure for 1 time service...

Hi all, regarding wiper blades for the Forte, is the correct size 20"/24" or 19"/24"? I'm using Bosch AeroTwin wiper blades.

Used Car Mat for Sale

Hey bros in Penang,

I got custom cut car mat for sale for Forte. Used for around 6months. It's the coil mat type. Reason for sale is that I've just been cleaning up my house and saw it there tongue.gif. I actually changed to the nicer ones by bro SMK and left the old one at my home.

Cost RM100. I'm selling for RM20.

Please PM for arrangement. Thanks =)
