hey guys.. notice somethin strange when i'm driving my car juz now..
i try the manual mode (sport mode or somethin).. i can change using the paddle shift on the steering without any issue till 6th gear..
but when i try to shift using the gear knob, i can only shift till 5th gear.. is this something abnormal?

Emmmm. Nope, every car's stock alaram are the same, if those bastards target your car... Is matter of time... But then thanks to our Malaysian stupid mentality of Korean cars = bad car, so, it won't be primary target....

well i mean they have the cobra alarm system and shock sensors and stuff but still useless...and yes i agree with you - if the thief targets your car, they will usually succeed..nothing can stop them..

Not enough speed perhaps. If u are driving too slow, the gearbox might not shift to the final gear to prevent engine from stalling. Try accelerate to higher speed at 5th gear..say 100km/h or more & then try to upshift. the 6th gear should able to be engaged at that speed. However, i might be wrong coz i only owned a 4-speed forte not the 6 speeder

well, for my case i'm glad not taking city. in fact few members own forte before bought forte they thinking of getting city too
