jalan reko.. if you are from the highway and take the jalan reko exit.. at the T junction traffic lite.. take a right and heads towards the bus terminal.. kajang sentral if i'm not mistake.. half way there you will see some shop houses on your right.. look for a corner lot tyre shop with big hankook signboard.. cant recall the shop name but it has rawang in it.. kinda like stating they are a branch of one of the big rawang rim shops.. they might not have ready stock but you can order and the tire will be delivered next day..

Does anyone know where and which is a good tire shop offering good workmanship in tire rotation/balancing? mine is Accord year 2009. It is very difficult to find one such good tire shop in PJ. Anyone?

CURRENTLY DRIVING A CITY CVT VTEC.need to change all 4 since all are bald. running on NCT 5 since day one of the car.measurement is 185/55/R15 but some tyre shops are pushing 195/55/R15. how would the change in 10mm wider tracks affect my driving style?100% city driving. and brand of tyre.
from scale of 1 -> 10
1-> can be neglected
10-> most priority

grip : 7
comfort : 7
wet driving : 7
dry driving : 7
braking : 8

using wider tyre tracks, u can feel ur car more stable esp on highway. As for example, my 12y.o car using stock 175/70/R13 b4 upgrading
to 195/50/R15. Can feel the big diff esp when u cruising in high speed around 120-140kmh something with 2 @ 3 passenger at the back

Hey guys, I need some advice from some of you learned chaps regarding tyres. So, I'm on a W124 E230 Merc. The tyres are balding and I need to get some replacement. I'm currently on Michelin 205/55R16's. Traction A, Temperature A.

Could someone suggest a good affordable replacement set, and from where I'd be able to secure it at the price you mention? Also are there any additional charges for Installation, alignment and balancing?

Thanks.

totally agree... exact same situation as you... from 175/70/R13 changed to 195/50/R15... instant difference after changed... even 2 of my frens who went with me who are not driving can feel the difference... but do not know whether its the tyre profile or the rim that make more significant difference la

you got a better stability at higher speed, more direct steering feel and better handling.
the different in speedometer minimal but other than the diameter / sizes,
you need to take into consideration the added weight. more weight means extra load to the braking capability whereby your car will stop at further distance but less nose dive feel during braking.
weight affect your fc and acceleration too.

+ 1
from 185/55/r15 to 195 width, different in speedo reading is around 1.9km slower.
better on 6jj wheels.

planning to change my stock 185/60R15 to 195/55R15, which is better? XM2 or CC5?

i've used PS3 and Primacy LC before, prefer Primacy LC due to less noise, PS3 have extremely good grip but noisy...
