atr sport maybe, a drive definitely no. *MAYBE* a drive r 1, however with s drive on promotion. you might as well try that?

however you mentioned about noise.
both a drive r1/s drive/atr sport (and even t1r) are on directional tread patterns and those patterns typically/inherited-ly produces more road noise than common asymmetrical tires.

i would say michelin ps3 since it's pretty much the jack of all trades tire and seems to fit your needs, however it won't fit your budget of <200.
in fact s drive is around 210-230 iinm, can pm/confirm with nestum on pricing/further details.

i did consider s-drive at first but found out its >200, maybe i will check out this promo. the michelin PS3 is also definately out of budget or else i wouldnt really think too much as there would be quite a few other 'sporty' tires out there.

as for the noise, it was something that i didnt really like about the T1R but the drive feel was pretty good so i guess i cant get everything on the budget im on. what are some decent asymmetrical tires? goodyear asy?

directional and (entry) performance oriented tire.

if you're going that, might as well top up a bit and get s drive currently on promotion.
Japan made and is Yokohama's UHP just sitting under extreme category - AD08R

around c drive 2 pricing; You'll have to deal with the directional pattern noise though and slightly harsher ride since the tire is stiffer.

if you're ok with that and feeling adventurous to try out performance tires, now is a great time to do so with the promotion wink.gif
