Very safe driver... Btw, 2.0 ada 6th gear la but he shud be on auto mode.

Achievable but super duper hard driving slow on normal roads esp with this garang car. The temptation to speed is so hard to resist and also pressure from other cars who jeer at you driving so slow.

For those results, they probably tested on a closed track.

got the pressure sensor under FC, just keep that below 10 when driving..

btw, there are not many inspira on the road around my place, putrajaya.. only see lancer everywhere..

Nothing they can do about it unless you willing to change the radio antenna.

I have checked with Clarion Msia. They say its the noise reduction system in this HU. When it detects weaker or noisy signals, it will soften down the volume so listeners will not get the static or noise amplified. And no, changing antenna to longer will not help, they have troubleshoot a few Inspiras on this. Some of us has changed to metal based antennas, we get better treble but more static noise and still experience softening of volume.

Clarion has a fix that is to disable the noise reduction feature but this has resulted in noisier or static prone sounds from the radio. Some who had this fix has complained and changed back to the ori unit and live with the "feature".  Changing other HU brand/model will help cause most HU don't have this "feature" but if you listen properly, Clarion has better radio sound quality coupled with VAPs, its a good stock sound system. 

So the choice is yours, Clarion Msia have some replacement units now (same model but with noise reduction feature disable). Do get in contact with them if you want to change it to try.  For me I choose to stick to the ori version.

Google Clarion Malaysia, then flood their customer service email with complains. Hopefully they will take proper action and have permanent fix. They are aware, just briefly say your set has the loud and soft problem. I think we need more complains to make this a big issue for them to move their ass...

The batches from March/April 11 onwards already has no tweeter 'holes' and wiring. We could not locate the wiring after taking off the cover. So for those wanting to fix tweeter will have to pull a fresh wire from the HU or change to component.

Matrix, don't have tweeter but the cover had holes/pores ready for tweeter to be installed. Wiring was also there. Now both also takda...

DM3, take note of all the internal panels, slowly all will be localised, power window... Then move on to engine bay like radiator, compressor, alternator, etc... They cannot touch the engine but they can change the supporting components.

How are you going to drive the audio from the android/galaxy tab to the speakers? The tablet wont have enough power to drive the speakers, or you guys only using the built in tiny speakers for your listening pleasure??

I tried with iPad, but gave up coz it simply cant drive the speakers....   

Hmmm.. not really sure whether they can do this or not. Proton might breach the agreement with Mitsu if doing this.

I heard a news from a friend of mine that Proton currently are facing lawsuit from Mitsu cos of changing the absorber ( not using like what being fitted in Lancer ). Of course Proton did improve the handling compare to Lancer as they tested that if you sped the Lancer at 180kmj n above the back end of the car would become unstable n swaying, as for Inspira I bet you guys felt it much more stable rite

So I'm doubt Proton would change any other parts but still anything could happen..hehhehee

actually, im not sure from which department or the SA/Edar or Eon, I just knw he involve in the purchasing of the parts for Proton which includes Inspira. So again, I'm not sure whether this case has gone public or still in nego, he told me those things to convince me much more that Proton indeed improve the car towards the comfort and handling.
Well, you see, when I ask to drive our Iswara SE 1.3 and I sat beside her, she drove very fast does overtake at most of the time, n few times happened I'm quite terrifed. So with the 2.0, you guys can guess what will happen lah.

For myself, I'm not worry much the TEKAN minyak, we just need to control ourselves only rite..  

Iswara I also can go 140kmh, but that's my top speed, cant tekan more edi...

Well, he is not the salesman, he is one of the staff, and for the salesman, I immune already with their tactics cos been to Toyota, Nissan, twice to Kia, Hyundai, Peugeot for test drive. So I know what I'm looking for, but since I was offered a GOOD bargain, so I'm confirmed towards Inspira.

As for my wife, jus imagine at normal road, one lane road she drove 100kmj, 110 kmj and sometime above and overtaking some more. So would really helpful if can set the limiter 

hi there, i had seeing people talk about the sound when slamming the door. what is the sound they refer to? and even 2.0p full spec also having this kind of sound?

i think is the sound when the door click off to the lock. show room got 2.0p model to see and touch?

those free service covers mostly engine service, pls do the cvt service ya, its a very sensitive system

guys, you all should stop burdening yourself by worrying unnecessarily with gaps, smells, tak tak sound, door closing sound and etc...

just because it's assembled by Proton you focus hard on these issues, if Toyota or Honda those sound or gaps must be international standard in the head..."so semuanya pasti OK!"

Ask yourself: Has the car let you down in terms of performance, comfort and value for money? If no, take the time to enjoy it than focus on issues that don't matter alot on the car...lots of people are spreading rumors about Inspira to tarnish it's image...I am one proud owner and I love driving it...those didn't get to enjoy it...it's their loss...

hi guys.
i just got my car last friday. its now already 800km milage and the now the 'routine maintenance required'. arent it suppose to be at 1000km for the 1st service? can help me explain?

My Naza CKD Forte rattle after 3 days, engine stalled after 6 days, then constantly creak after 8 days.
