huh? there's not 6 gears bro for 1.8 cvt. 1.8cvt is just a stepless gears, or in other word, unlimited gears.

6 virtual gear is only available on 2.0p when sports mode is switched.

Thicker antiroll bars does not mean better. Yes, car don't roll that much but it has to work hand in hand with the spring. Inspira springs are soft, so if roll bar too stiff, the chances of other wheel lifting is more often; which also means less grip during corners and too much weight on one side = flipping over. Even in rally, they do no put the stiffest bar they can find, it depends on the track and the dampers used. Inspira was tuned for msian bumpy roads and unpredictable corners.

Inspira body rolls a lot but almost impossible to lose its tail. A stiffer setup means more sliding around until u put on more grippy tires. So you either do the whole works or don't start. Lancer had a stiffer setup but it loses its tail quite often and oversteers; this is something proton improved on but most drivers do not understand and start changing to stiffer setup like lancer. This is what proton meant when they say they made the car's handling better.

Mine happens occasionally. How many degree did you set? Perhaps inside air warmer than outside air, so it will extract outside air to cool down cabin faster. Once both temp is almost the same, it will turn back to recycle mode. However I noticed it does on turn to recycle mode automatically so far.

You need to press the temperature button for about 30 secs until you hear 2-3 beeps (can't remember). then the automatic changing of fresh vs recycle air function is disabled. the system will then remember the last setting.

hehe... guys, you all didn't read the user manual ah? in the inspira user manual, it stated u can actually set it permanently to use air recirculation. To set it, press the temp dial for 10 seconds. DONE! no more outside air ^.^V

ok here it is on protn issue power steering hose change/recall:

All 1k owners who get the car during the production batch between Feb to March 2011 will receive the letter to change the affected hose.
it seems that there are certain quantity like 60 units having possible faulty/inconsistency hose which may leak but they cant identify the chassis individually so just change all 1k hoses .
So those who did not receive any letters do not need to worry as the hose are in good conditions.
so no more chassis number in sequence as we expected(2000 & above) can be different due to different variant.

i 10/5 booking car , later 6pm will collect my car, wait so many daysssssssssssssssssss

guys, is that i can check manufacturer date on car? where to find it, what other thing should check also?

i have ask my foreman to service my car for interval of 5000KM...
he recommend me not to change washer and filter. he said our warranty might be recorded our filter serial number or something.. scare proton play buyuk lo... so i think is true also.. just change engine oil will do...hehehehehhe

i got my voucher when collect my car, but got 1000km, 10000km, 20000km only. dont have 5000km?

Ya Paper voucher for "berani mati" punya buyer. Never see the car can straight booking.

mine 1.8 mt woo... should come with 3 years warranty , but i look at the voucher , only until 20000km, how to last 3 years. nvm now enjoy new car first    more few day go back to ask.

where to convert Lancer GT bodykit ? i dont want EVO X ... just want Lancer GT facelift look only.. any suggestion?
