I am too late to invest but happy to know Mayland will not resort to give ridiculous rebates, reduced prices even though many unsold units. This is how developer should be. I have seen some developers burned their early birds by doing the opposite. pity early birds.

Are noise and air pollutions big issue for Regalia? Since it is near busy roads.

Low floor Block B facing Jln Kuching quite noisy, not sure of high floor. Facing KLCC should be ok and apparently quite breezy as well,not sure on the other sides

I guess higher floor is usually noisier. Just not sure of dusts and air pollution.
